China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (CBHB) reported no changes to its share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 May 2026.

• Authorised and Registered Capital – H-share quota: 6.20 billion ordinary shares at RMB 1 par value, unchanged from the previous month. – Domestic unlisted quota: 11.56 billion ordinary shares at RMB 1 par value, also unchanged. – Consolidated authorised/registered share capital stood at RMB 17.76 billion.

• Issued Shares and Treasury Position – Issued H-shares: 6.20 billion, with zero treasury shares. – Issued domestic unlisted shares: 11.56 billion, with zero treasury shares. – Total issued shares remained 17.76 billion; no issuance, cancellation, repurchase or movement in treasury shares occurred during April.

• Public Float Compliance CBHB affirmed compliance with the minimum public float requirement, maintaining at least the 18.37% threshold stipulated at the time of listing.

• Capital-Raising Instruments The bank reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and confirmed no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The monthly return was signed by Chairman Wang Jinhong, underscoring the bank’s steady capital structure and adherence to exchange regulations during the period.
