LIANHUA Maintains Stable Share Structure and Public Float in July 2026 Disclosure

For the month ended 31 July 2026, Lianhua Supermarket Holdings Co., Ltd. (LIANHUA) reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

Total authorised share capital remains at RMB 1.48 billion, distributed as follows: • H shares: 372.60 million shares at RMB 1 par value (listed, stock code 00980) • Domestic shares: 1,075.40 million shares at RMB 1 par value (unlisted) • Unlisted foreign shares: 31.60 million shares at RMB 1 par value

Issued share capital mirrors the authorised structure, with no treasury shares outstanding. There were no share repurchases, cancellations, allotments or conversions during the month, and the company reported zero outstanding share options, warrants, or other convertible instruments.

LIANHUA affirmed that its H-share public float continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent threshold. The filing was signed by Executive Director Wang Xiao-yan.
