Jutal Offshore Oil Services Limited notified shareholders that preliminary management accounts point to a loss attributable to owners of between RMB70.00 million and RMB110.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. In the same period of 2025, the group recorded a profit of RMB56.05 million, implying a year-on-year swing into negative territory of roughly RMB126.05 million to RMB166.05 million.
Management attributes the anticipated downturn to two main factors:
1. Deferral of construction schedules on several projects at the request of clients. 2. A concentration of current EPC contracts in the design and procurement phases, which severely reduced construction-site activity and materially curtailed first-half revenue.
The interim results are still being prepared and remain unaudited; final figures may differ after completion of customary review procedures. Jutal Offshore plans to publish its detailed unaudited interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
The board advises investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until the formal interim announcement is released.
