BetterLife Holding declares RMB0.02 final dividend for FY2025

BetterLife Holding Limited announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.02 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 May 2026.

The stock will trade ex-dividend on 3 June 2026. The share register will be closed from 5 June to 10 June 2026, with 10 June 2026 set as the record date for determining dividend entitlements. Shareholders who remain on the register as of that date are slated to receive payment on 30 June 2026.

The default payment currency and applicable exchange rate will be announced closer to the payment date. No withholding tax has been indicated for this distribution. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar for processing transfers and related corporate actions.

As of the announcement date (31 March 2026), the board comprises executive directors Mr. Chou Patrick Hsiao-Po, Ms. Sun Jing and Ms. Li Dan, along with independent non-executive directors Mr. Liu Dengqing, Mr. Lou Sai Tong and Dr. Chu Fumin.
