Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) said on Aug, 17 2026 that it has established a Sustainability Financing Framework to fund or refinance eligible green and social projects across its accommodation portfolio.

The framework covers ten categories, including green buildings, renewable energy, energy efficiency, clean transportation, pollution prevention and circular economy, climate change adaptation, green procurement, affordable housing, access to essential services and inclusive infrastructure.

DBS Bank acted as sole sustainability advisor, while Moody’s Ratings assessed the framework and assigned it a Sustainability Quality Score of SQS2, the second-highest of five levels, citing strong alignment with ICMA’s Green and Social Bond Principles and LMA, APLMA and LSTA Green and Social Loan Principles.

Centurion will provide annual reports detailing the allocation of proceeds and the environmental and social impact of financed projects, subject to data availability and feasibility. The selection of projects will be overseen by the company’s Sustainability Working Groups and Sustainability Steering Committee, with annual reviews to ensure ongoing eligibility.

The group targets net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions by 2050 and a 15% reduction in electricity-consumption intensity by FY2030 from a FY2022 baseline. As of Jun, 30 2026, its Westlite Woodlands and Westlite Toh Guan properties had achieved EDGE Advanced certification for energy and resource efficiency.

Centurion manages 43 operational accommodation assets comprising 85,528 beds across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia and the United Kingdom.
