PSC Corporation Ltd told shareholders that every motion tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 24 2026 was passed by electronic poll.

Shareholders endorsed the FY2025 audited accounts and approved a final tax-exempt one-tier dividend of 0.018 Singapore dollars per share, scheduled for payment on Jun, 18 2026; the resolution gained 99.97% of votes cast.

Executive Chairman Dr Goi Seng Hui and Independent Director Ms Yui Vivien were re-elected to the board with 99.88% and 99.94% support respectively.

Investors also sanctioned directors’ fees of up to 0.23 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026, re-appointed KPMG LLP as auditor, and renewed a share-issue mandate that allows the board to allot new shares representing up to 50 % of issued capital, with a 20 % sub-limit for non-pro-rata issues.

During the question-and-answer session, management said the group held about 17 million Singapore dollars of principal-protected structured notes as at end-2025 and does not expect this amount to rise materially. The lease on the company’s premises at 348 Jalan Boon Lay has been extended to 2049 without additional capital expenditure.

The board noted a shareholder request for a higher dividend payout and said the suggestion will be considered, while emphasising that surplus cash will first be directed to opportunities that support the group’s fast-moving consumer-goods operations.
