Minsheng Education Group Company Limited (“MINSHENG EDU”) has confirmed a senior management change effective 15 April 2026. Mr. Wong Wai Chiu has stepped down from his role as Company Secretary. According to the Board, Mr. Wong’s resignation was amicable, with no disagreements reported and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Ms. Lam Wai Yee Sophie as the new Company Secretary. Ms. Lam is currently a vice president in the listed corporate secretarial department at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, bringing more than 20 years of company secretarial and compliance experience. Her credentials include: • Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional status • Fellowship of The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute • Holder of a Practitioner’s Endorsement from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute • Academic qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Translation and Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Administration
