During the National Day holiday, I made time to bring my parents and children here to see the finished gardens and building facades with our own eyes so we could feel confident," said Mr. Zhou, a resident visiting an improvement-oriented project's completed garden in central Changsha. His goal for this trade-up is a four-bedroom unit, and he values the community environment, the floor plan, and the ability to deliver completed homes. Sales consultant Xiaoyu said that among holiday visitors, the share of trade-up and improvement buyers rose markedly, with many families buying for the second or third time; they are less sensitive to price and care more about living comfort and how well the community delivers on its promises.
