The bank received the People's Bank of China's "Permit of Administrative Licensing Decision" (Document No. 70 [2026]), authorizing the issuance of capital replenishment bonds in the national interbank market and overseas markets. The administrative license is valid until June 30, 2027, with the new balance of capital replenishment bonds not exceeding RMB 4 billion at the end of the validity period, and the total balance of such bonds not exceeding RMB 12 billion. JIANGXI BANK may choose to issue these bonds in installments at its own discretion within the validity period.
Additionally, the bank received another "Permit of Administrative Licensing Decision" (Document No. 71 [2026]), approving the issuance of ordinary financial bonds (including those with specific fund-raising purposes) in the same markets. This license is also valid until June 30, 2027, with the new balance of ordinary financial bonds limited to no more than RMB 2 billion at the end of the period, and the total balance capped at RMB 16 billion. The bank retains the flexibility to issue these bonds in installments during the validity period.
Furthermore, JIANGXI BANK recently received the "Jiangxi Financial Regulatory Bureau's Approval for the Bank to Issue Capital Instruments" (Document No. 142 [2026]), which permits the issuance of capital instruments worth up to RMB 11 billion. These instruments include perpetual capital bonds and subordinated tier-2 capital bonds. The bank is authorized to determine the timing, tranches, and scale of issuance within the approved quota, and must complete the issuance within 24 months following the approval.
