Voicecomm Rebrands as “Voicecomm International Limited”; Business Operations and Stock Identifiers Unaffected

Bulletin Express
Jul 23

Voicecomm has officially changed its English corporate name from “Voicecomm Technology Co., Ltd.” to “Voicecomm International Limited”, effective 23 July 2026. The Hong Kong Registrar of Companies has issued a Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, confirming the update. The company’s Chinese name, “聲通科技股份有限公司”, remains unchanged.

Key implications: 1. Corporate identity – All future documentation and new share certificates will carry the new English name. 2. Investor impact – Existing share certificates with the former name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery; no free certificate exchange is planned. 3. Market identifiers – The Chinese and English stock short names and the stock code (02495) are unchanged, ensuring continuity for market participants. 4. Operations and financial position – The rebranding does not affect shareholder rights, daily operations or the company’s financial standing, according to the board.

Governance update: The board continues to comprise one chairman and executive director, one additional executive director, four non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, with Mr Tang Jinghua serving as chairman.

The change marks an international branding step for Voicecomm without altering its underlying corporate structure or market trading arrangements.
