Keppel Infrastructure Trust (A7RU), through its trustee-manager Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., announced that on Apr, 20 2026 it completed an update to its multicurrency debt issuance programme, enlarging the limit from 2 billion Singapore dollars to 3 billion Singapore dollars.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited remain arrangers and dealers for the enlarged programme, under which the issuer may periodically offer notes and perpetual securities in Singapore dollars, United States dollars or other agreed currencies.

Proceeds from future issuances will be used to finance or refinance the group’s acquisitions, investments, asset enhancement works, general working capital, capital expenditure, or debt refinancing.

An application has been filed with Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. for the listing of any securities issued under the updated programme. The SGX-ST’s approval, once granted, will relate solely to admission to the Official List and will not constitute an endorsement of the securities or the issuer.
