TRIGIANT Group (HKEX: 01300) has announced a change to its board composition.
Mr. Zhang Dongjie has resigned from his position as a non-executive director to pursue other business commitments, with his resignation taking effect from June 1, 2026.
Concurrently, the board has resolved to appoint Mr. Wang Hui as a non-executive director, effective from the same date, June 1, 2026.
