Hisense HA Maintains Stable Share Capital in July 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (Hisense HA) reported no movements in its share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 05 August 2026.

Total authorised and registered share capital remained at 1.38 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

H-share structure (listed in Hong Kong): • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 459.59 million • Treasury shares: none • No increase or decrease during July, keeping total issued H shares unchanged at 459.59 million. • The company confirmed full compliance with the applicable 5 percent public-float requirement for PRC issuers.

A-share structure (listed in Shenzhen and not in Hong Kong): • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 924.53 million • Treasury shares: 0.75 million • No movements were recorded, leaving total issued A shares at 925.27 million.

The filing also noted that the group had no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other agreements that could dilute equity, and no additional share repurchases or cancellations occurred during the period.

With all equity balances unchanged and regulatory thresholds satisfied, Hisense HA enters August 2026 with a stable capital base across both Hong Kong and mainland listings.
