On 17 July 2026, CIMC Enric executed an on-market repurchase of 300,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 7.05 to HKD 7.10, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 2.12 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, declined to 2,110.99 million shares, representing a 0.014 % reduction. Treasury shares increased to 3.56 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 2,114.55 million.
The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which allows CIMC Enric to repurchase up to 211.30 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this authority now stand at 2.03 million shares, equivalent to 0.096 % of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 16 August 2026.
