Starhill Global REIT appoints Tan Peck Mun Kemmy as CEO; Ho Sing to retire early

Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust (P40U) said on Jun, 8 2026 that it has appointed Tan Peck Mun Kemmy as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of its manager, YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited, effective Jul, 1 2026.

With Tan’s appointment, current CEO and Executive Director Ho Sing will step down on Jun, 30 2026, earlier than the previously announced retirement date of Aug, 10 2026. The board thanked Ho for his 16 years of service.

From Jul, 1 2026, the board of directors will comprise: Tan Sri (Sir) Francis Yeoh (Non-Executive Chairman), Tan Peck Mun Kemmy (Executive Director and CEO), Dato’ Yeoh Seok Kian (Non-Executive Director), Kelvin Chow Chung Yip (Lead Independent Director), and independent directors Tan Woon Hum, Ho Gek Sim Grace, and Soong Tuck Yin.

Memberships of the board’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Remuneration Committee remain unchanged.
