A pilot program for a trusted data space in the coffee sector has been initiated, with its first phase budgeted at 31 million yuan.

The procurement entity for this project is Yunnan Tangyu Investment and Development Co., Ltd., with the anticipated purchase scheduled for August 2026.

The project's core development involves the construction and operation of a trusted data space platform alongside a digital industrial platform for Baoshan.

Key Project Components

The initiative is divided into two main segments. The first segment focuses on establishing the trusted data space platform. This includes deploying integrated confidential computing hardware, implementing initial specialized application scenarios, and conducting widespread promotion and ongoing operational activities.

Key deliverables for this segment encompass custom software development for various platforms like connectors, data trading, data delivery, trusted data services, blockchain infrastructure, rights management, authorized operations, data asset management, security risk control, comprehensive analysis, portals, and unified platforms. It also involves hardware procurement, the formulation of standards and specifications, off-the-shelf software, and post-construction operational management services.

The second segment is dedicated to building the Baoshan Industrial Digitalization Platform and its subsequent operation. This part will feature an operational control center, digital service hubs for coffee and high-end fruits and vegetables, a comprehensive commercial digital service center, and the management services for the platform after its launch.

The project is organized by an industrial alliance specializing in smart city information technology. This alliance, established in 2015, is a nationally recognized 4A-level social organization with a diverse membership that includes leading domestic and international institutions, universities, and enterprises in the smart city sector, covering research, manufacturing, application, testing, and services.

The alliance's mission is to foster global cooperation in smart city development, promote industrial clustering, and contribute to the new infrastructure for a green, digital China and a future smart society, aiming to build a high-quality, international smart city industrial ecosystem.
