Disclosure documents from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated June 5th reveal that Yang Xin acquired 1 million ordinary shares in Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (ES SERVICES) (01995) between May 18th and June 5th.
The purchases were executed at prices ranging from HK$1.73 to HK$1.88 per share.
Yang Xin serves as the Chief Financial Officer of CIFI Holdings.
Following this transaction, Yang Xin's total holdings in the associated corporation have increased to 1.4 million shares, raising the long position ratio to 0.08%.
