Mao Geping repurchases 30,000 H-shares for HKD1.31 million, lifting treasury stock to 142,900 shares

Mao Geping Cosmetics Co., Ltd. disclosed a next-day return showing it repurchased 30,000 H-shares on 6 October 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD1.31 million. The shares were bought within a price range of HKD43.64–43.82, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HKD43.72.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined 0.0061% to 490.04 million. • Treasury shares increased to 142,900, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 490.19 million because the repurchased shares are being held in treasury.

The buyback falls under the repurchase mandate approved on 24 April 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 14.71 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 142,900 shares, representing 0.0292% of the issued share base on the mandate date. In line with listing rules, Mao Geping is subject to a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share disposal until 5 November 2026.
