Nanjing Sunlord Electronics Corporation Ltd. (300975.SZ) has announced that it is terminating its plan to issue convertible bonds to unspecified investors and is withdrawing its related application documents.
The company stated that, since initially disclosing the proposal for the convertible bond issuance, it had been actively working with its intermediaries to advance the process. However, after careful consideration of the current capital market environment and the company's future overall development plans, and following thorough communication and a prudent analysis with all relevant parties, the decision was made to cancel the issuance and retract the application.
