IMMUNEONCO-B (01541) shares jumped nearly 10% in the afternoon session, last trading up 8.42% at HK$3.155, with turnover reaching HK$1.5661 million.

The rally follows the company's announcement that its subsidiary, Yiming Kael, has entered into a capital increase agreement with Shengke Qihang, Xinjie Chuangyuan, and Wang Xueyan. These three investors will collectively subscribe for 465,000 yuan of the expanded registered capital of Yiming Kael, representing approximately 15.83% of its enlarged equity, for a total consideration of 50 million yuan.

Public records show that Yiming Kael focuses on the research and development of large molecule drugs for cardiovascular diseases such as pulmonary hypertension and metabolic disorders. The capital injection aims to strengthen Yiming Kael's financial position and accelerate its innovative drug development pipeline in areas including pulmonary hypertension and other cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. This move marks the steady implementation of IMMUNEONCO-B's dual-drive strategy encompassing both oncology and non-oncology segments.
