China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (“Longyuan Power”) released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing operational, environmental and governance performance.
Installed Capacity & Generation • Consolidated renewable capacity climbed to 45.99 GW, up 11.79% year-on-year, including 32.15 GW of wind and 13.84 GW of solar. • New energy generation reached 76.47 TWh, cutting carbon dioxide emissions by 64.40 million tons and saving 22.74 million tons of standard coal. • Wind utilisation hours stood at 2,052.
Project Pipeline & Investment • New-energy development quota obtained during 2025 totalled 8.63 GW; newly commissioned capacity added 4.85 GW. • Key base projects advanced in Ningxia (Tengger), Gansu (Badain Jaran) and Hainan (Dongfang offshore). • Capital expenditure on new-energy projects amounted to RMB21.10 billion.
Financial Snapshot • 2025 operating revenue was RMB30.25 billion; total assets expanded to RMB265.26 billion. • R&D outlay reached RMB3.47 billion, representing 1.15% of revenue.
Technological Innovation • Launched the industry’s first AI large model “Qingyuan”, applied to equipment fault prediction and lean maintenance. • Added seven achievements evaluated as “internationally leading” and initiated the company’s first international standard. • Established a national post-doctoral research station and secured dual support from the National and Beijing Natural Science Foundations.
Climate & Environmental Performance • Green power transactions totalled 8.56 TWh, while 1.63 million green certificates were traded, both recording double-digit growth. • Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions fell to 0.22 million tCO₂e after the exit from thermal power assets. • Environmental protection spending reached RMB179.66 million; hazardous-waste generation was 875.19 tons, with 2,601.74 tons of general waste recycled.
Governance & Compliance • The Board dissolved the Supervisory Committee, transferring its functions to the Audit Committee and revising 22 governance policies. • Information disclosure received an A-rating from Shenzhen Stock Exchange; 438 announcements were issued during the year. • All employees completed anti-corruption training; no corruption cases were reported.
Social Metrics • Workforce rose to 7,928, with 25% female representation in senior management. • Training coverage reached 100%, averaging 165.86 hours per employee. • Public-welfare investment totalled RMB67.48 million, including ongoing rural-revitalisation projects in Youyu County.
Outlook Longyuan Power plans to start construction and grid-connect at least 4.50 GW of new-energy projects in 2026, deepen AI-driven operations, and expand far-sea offshore wind and large-scale base development while maintaining strict ESG governance.
