Hong Kong, 9 June 2026—CITIC Securities Company Limited, classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the proposed privatisation of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., has reported on-market dealings executed on 8 June 2026 under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

• Creation of new index-tracking exchange-traded funds (ETFs) resulted in the sale of 1,800 A-shares in ENN Natural Gas for RMB0.03 million, with a price range of RMB18.92–19.31 per share.

• Dealing in pre-existing index-tracking ETFs led to the purchase of 4,600 A-shares for RMB0.09 million, executed between RMB18.86 and RMB19.08 per share.

All transactions were conducted for CITIC Securities’ own account, involve less than 1 % of ENN Natural Gas’s issued A-share capital and represent under 20 % of the value of the respective ETF baskets.
