Baoding Technology Co.,Ltd. (002552.SZ) issued a statement following a significant stock price movement, with its shares closing up more than 20% over three consecutive trading days from August 7 to 11, 2026, triggering an abnormal trading volatility alert under Shenzhen Stock Exchange rules.
The company clarified that its products are not certified within NVIDIA's supply chain, and it has had no contact or business collaboration with NVIDIA to date. Its copper-clad laminate products are primarily standard types such as FR-4 and composite boards, with no AI-specific copper-clad laminates produced, and no applications found in AI servers or computing power fields. The company currently has no sales of high-speed copper-clad laminates M7 and M9, along with no related orders or revenue. M7 remains in the customer certification phase, not involving overseas clients, and successful certification is highly uncertain. M9 is in the early R&D stage, with no samples produced, and its development progress and outcomes face significant uncertainty.
The company's electronic copper foil is mainly HTE (high-temperature high-elongation) electrolytic copper foil, a general-purpose standard product with low gross margins, unsuitable for AI server or computing power applications. The ultra-low profile copper foil HVLP (very low profile copper foil) is still in the customer certification and market expansion phase, not certified for the AI server supply chain, has not entered mass production, and there are no expansion plans, with future order acquisition and business growth facing considerable uncertainty.
