Keep Inc. (Keep) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 14 April 2026, detailing its latest share-repurchase activity.
On 14 April 2026, the company bought back 200,000 ordinary shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HK$2.90 to HK$3.01, spending a total of HK$587,400. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Following the transaction, Keep’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 509.98 million shares (excluding treasury shares). Repurchased shares pending cancellation now stand at 4.27 million, accumulated through multiple buybacks conducted between 6 January and 14 April 2026.
Under the shareholder mandate granted on 25 June 2025, Keep is authorised to repurchase up to 51.44 million shares. The 4.27 million shares repurchased to date represent 0.83% of the company’s issued share count at the time the mandate was approved.
In accordance with HKEX rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 14 May 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
