Ocumension Therapeutics Sets 28 August Board Meeting to Review 1H 2026 Results and Potential Interim Dividend

Ocumension Therapeutics has scheduled a board meeting for 28 August 2026 in Hong Kong. Directors will review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and discuss a possible interim dividend distribution.
The meeting will be chaired by Dr. Lian Yong Chen, Chairman and Non-executive Director. The current board comprises Executive Directors Ye Liu and Dr. Zhaopeng Hu; Non-executive Directors Dr. Lian Yong Chen, Yanling Cao and Dr. Qin Xie; and Independent Non-executive Directors Beibei Zhuang, Yiran Huang and Zhenyu Zhang.
Investors will gain clarity on the company’s mid-year financial performance and any dividend decision once the results are published following the 28 August meeting.
