XIAO NOODLES Continues Buy-back Programme; 6.15 Million Shares Repurchased Without Altering Issued Capital

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (H-share, “XIAO NOODLES”) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 4 May 2026, confirming that its issued share capital remains unchanged at 710.69 million shares, while share repurchases under the current mandate have reached 6.15 million shares.

The latest transaction took place on 4 May 2026, when the company bought back 297,500 H-shares on-market at HKD 4.21–4.27, spending HKD 1.26 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as at the reporting date.

Including this purchase, XIAO NOODLES has repurchased 6.15 million shares since 3 February 2026 at prices ranging between HKD 4.24 and HKD 5.96 per share. The accumulated amount represents approximately 0.87 % of the company’s outstanding shares and utilises 8.66 % of the 71.07 million-share buy-back authority granted by shareholders on 26 January 2026.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in force until 3 June 2026.

Following the latest repurchase, the company’s total issued shares stay at 710.69 million, with all 6.15 million repurchased shares pending formal cancellation.
