Bank of Tianjin Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 1.368 per 10 Shares, Payable on 24 June 2026

Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd. released its cash dividend schedule for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The Board has proposed a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1.368 per 10 H shares, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on 29 April 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent will be confirmed closer to the payment date, once the exchange rate is determined.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 4 May 2026 • Latest time to lodge transfer documents: 5 May 2026 at 16:30 (Hong Kong time) • Book-closure period: 6 May–12 May 2026 (both days inclusive) • Record date: 12 May 2026 • Payment date: 24 June 2026

Withholding tax arrangements • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: dividend subject to 10% enterprise income tax; reduced rates will be applied if an applicable tax treaty stipulates a lower rate. • Individual H-shareholders resident in Hong Kong, Macau or other jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate: dividend subject to 10% individual income tax. • Individual H-shareholders from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10%: tax will be withheld at 10% with the possibility to apply for a refund on the excess. • Individual H-shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate or without a tax treaty: dividend subject to 20% individual income tax.

The announcement does not involve any listed warrants or convertible securities. The Board currently comprises four executive, six non-executive and five independent non-executive directors.
