Knowledge Atlas (02513) has issued an official announcement regarding a change to its registered English name.

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Change of Name on July 8, 2026, formally confirming the amendment.

The company's English name registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) has been changed from "Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited" to "Z.AI Co., Ltd.".

The company's Chinese name, "Beijing Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited", will remain unchanged.

The English stock short name for trading its H-shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be changed from "KNOWLEDGE ATLAS" to "Z.AI".

This change will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on July 17, 2026.

The Chinese stock short name "Knowledge Atlas" and the stock code "2513" will both remain the same.
