Homeland ITL repurchases 40,000 shares; issued share count now at 1.26 billion

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (Homeland ITL) disclosed a buyback of 40,000 ordinary shares on 22 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 1.22 and HKD 1.23, for a total consideration of HKD 49,180. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 1.2295.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury shares fell to 1.26 billion, down 0.00317%. Treasury shares increased to 21.55 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.28 billion.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 12 June 2026, which authorises Homeland ITL to repurchase up to 127.45 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 12.65 million shares—equivalent to 0.99% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased to date.

A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in place until 21 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
