160 HEALTH Forges Partnerships with 102 Public Medical Institutions in AI Hospital Initiative

160 HEALTH (02656) has announced significant progress in its digital healthcare solutions business, particularly its "160AI Hospital" operational partnership model, from January 2025 to March 31, 2026. During this period, the Group has established operational collaborations with a cumulative total of 102 public medical institutions. This represents steady growth compared to the 82 partnerships in place at the end of 2025.

Among these partner institutions, 54 are top-tier Grade A tertiary hospitals, accounting for approximately 52.9% of the total. The number of tertiary hospitals and above reached 78, representing about 76.5% of the partnerships. This demonstrates the widespread acceptance and deep integration of the Group's "160AI Hospital" operational model within high-end medical systems.

The partnered hospitals operate at a significant scale, with a combined annual outpatient volume of approximately 84.37 million visits and aggregate annual revenue of about RMB 99.7 billion. These figures reflect the substantial service capacity and market influence of the partner institutions, providing a solid foundation for the continued enhancement of the Group's digital healthcare solutions.

All collaborations are conducted under the Group's innovative "160AI Hospital" operational partnership model. As a core product of the Group's digital healthcare solutions business, this model has successfully transitioned from pilot programs to large-scale implementation, marking a critical achievement in empowering the digital transformation of medical institutions and advancing the intelligent upgrade of medical services.

Building on this progress, the Group is accelerating the deployment of its "Medical Digital Workforce" system in partner hospitals. This initiative promotes the comprehensive integration of multi-agent systems into medical scenarios, leveraging advanced AI capabilities to help hospitals usher in a new era of smart healthcare. The Group will continue to deepen the national expansion of the "160AI Hospital" partnership model, further extending its network of collaborating medical institutions and enhancing the depth and breadth of its products and services to drive the high-quality development of its digital healthcare business.
