Leoch International completes HKD 0.42 million on-market share repurchase

Leoch International Technology Limited announced that it bought back 396,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 03 June 2026.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 1.05 and HKD 1.06, for a total consideration of HKD 419,260 (approximately 0.42 million). The volume-weighted average cost per share was HKD 1.0587.

The repurchased shares represent 0.027 % of the company’s 1,442.39 million issued shares prior to the transaction. All 396,000 shares are designated for cancellation; no treasury shares will be held.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 15 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 144.24 million shares. Following the latest transaction, 0.027 % of the mandate has been utilised.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Leoch International is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 03 July 2026.
