The interest start date and redemption date are the same as the third tranche—August 21, 2026, and August 21, 2029, respectively. Bank of China Limited served as the bookrunner and lead arranger for the underwriting syndicate, with the notes distributed publicly through the book-building and centralized placement method on the mainland interbank bond market.
Both tranches were issued simultaneously, reflecting the company's ongoing efforts to diversify its funding sources and optimize its debt structure amid the current interest rate environment.
