Oiltek International shareholders approve FY2025 results and 0.70-cent dividend at Apr, 28 2026 AGM

Oiltek International Limited convened its annual general meeting on Apr, 28 2026 in Singapore, where all eight ordinary resolutions on the agenda were passed by poll with support levels exceeding 99.9 %.

Shareholders adopted the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 and endorsed a final tax-exempt one-tier dividend of 0.70 Singapore cents per share.

The meeting re-elected Independent Directors Lai Wai Kit Andrew and Tan Yee Peng, approved directors’ fees of 0.236 million Singapore dollars for FY2026 (payable quarterly in arrears) and re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor until the next AGM.

Authorisations were also granted for the board to issue up to 2.5 % of issued shares under both the Oiltek Employee Share Option Scheme and the Oiltek Performance Share Plan.

The session, chaired by Executive Chairman Hew Koon Chan, was held at York Hotel Singapore and concluded without further business.
