• Transaction details: The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 7.79 to HKD 7.84 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.46 million. The volume-weighted average cost was approximately HKD 6.82 per share as reflected in the filing.

• Impact on share capital: The buyback reduced the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) from 785.21 million to 785.14 million, a marginal decline of 0.0086%.
