HC GROUP (ASX: 02280) has announced the establishment of an independent investigation committee.
The committee was formed on July 8, 2026, and is composed of Mr. Zhang Ke, Mr. Zhang Tianwei, and Ms. Qi Yan, all of whom are independent non-executive directors.
The primary duty of this committee is to lead and oversee an independent forensic investigation concerning prepayments.
This mandate includes the selection and appointment of an independent investigator to conduct the inquiry.
