DPC Dash Ltd has issued a reminder that all future corporate communications—such as directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically through the company website (www.dpcdash.com) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is soliciting shareholders’ email addresses to ensure prompt delivery of actionable corporate communications. Holders may provide their details by scanning the personalized QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Key operational details include: • Shareholders who do not supply a functional email address will receive actionable corporate communications in printed form until an email address is provided. • Shareholders preferring printed copies of general corporate communications may request them via the reply form or by emailing dpcdash.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such requests remain valid for one year from the date of receipt. • Any new email address submitted will supersede previously provided addresses. • All personal data collected will be used solely for communication purposes and handled in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

The reminder is signed by Chairman Frank Paul Krasovec and dated 30 April 2026.
