PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk on Apr, 28 2026 released its unaudited results for the three months ended Mar, 31 2026, posting revenue of about 102 million Singapore dollars, up 15 percent from the same period last year.
Net profit attributable to shareholders jumped to roughly 20.5 million Singapore dollars, compared with 7.4 million Singapore dollars a year earlier, lifted by stronger crude palm-oil and palm-kernel sales.
Gross profit rose to almost 31.4 million Singapore dollars, while operating profit reached 27.3 million Singapore dollars. After accounting for a tax charge of 5.6 million Singapore dollars and a small loss from discontinued operations, group net profit stood at 20.4 million Singapore dollars.
Total assets expanded to around 607 million Singapore dollars at end-Mar 2026 from 469 million Singapore dollars at end-Dec 2025, supported by higher cash and fixed-asset balances.
Sales to related distributor PT Adhitya Serayakorita accounted for 89 percent of first-quarter revenue, reflecting continued reliance on the domestic market for crude palm-oil offtake.
The company ended the quarter with short-term bank borrowings of roughly 61 million Singapore dollars and long-term debt of 111 million Singapore dollars, both sourced from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, with an interest rate of 7.5 percent on the term loan maturing in May 2027.
Management said the group remained within its loan covenants and maintained a healthy liquidity position, reporting cash and cash equivalents of about 128 million Singapore dollars at Mar, 31 2026.
