Financial technology firm NCR Atleos Corporation (NYSE: NATL) has announced it will release its second-quarter financial results before the U.S. market opens on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Due to a pending transaction with Brink's Company, the company will not hold an earnings conference call and will not provide financial guidance.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, NCR Atleos focuses on expanding self-service financial access, providing ATM hardware, software, installation, maintenance, and managed services to financial institutions, retailers, and consumers.
The company has a global installed base of approximately 600,000 ATMs and operates its own ATM network, including the Allpoint network, serving clients such as Capital One, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo.
NCR Atleos was spun off from the former NCR Corporation and became an independent public company in October 2023, employing approximately 20,000 people.
In February 2026, Brink's Company announced an agreement to acquire NCR Atleos for approximately $6.6 billion.
Brink's CEO Mark Eubanks stated on a joint conference call that the acquisition would combine the complementary strengths of both companies in the fintech infrastructure space, with the combined entity expected to generate annual revenue of about $10 billion and adjusted EBITDA of around $2 billion.
