China Communications Construction Company Limited (China Comm Cons) released an updated timetable for its FY2025 final dividend, confirming a cash distribution of RMB 0.07729 per share, equivalent to HKD 0.08745 per share at an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.13143. Shareholders approved the payout on 16 June 2026.

The ex-dividend date is set for 13 July 2026, with the share register closing from 15 to 20 July 2026. Entitlements will be determined on the record date of 20 July 2026, and dividend cheques are scheduled for dispatch on 14 August 2026 via the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd.

Withholding tax arrangements remain unchanged from prior practice. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will have a 10 % corporate income tax withheld. PRC-resident enterprises recorded on the H-share register may apply to waive the 10 % withholding by submitting certified documentation to the registrar on or before 16:30 on 14 July 2026. Individual shareholders registered outside the PRC are generally subject to a 10 % individual income tax, with refund procedures available for those eligible for treaty-based lower rates; conversely, treaty rates above 10 % and below 20 % will be applied directly. Mainland individual investors and securities investment funds accessing H-shares through the Stock Connect channels will face a 20 % tax rate.

The announcement solely revises six items—ex-dividend date, transfer deadline, book-close period, record date, payment date and withholding tax details—leaving the dividend amount itself unchanged.
