Kingsmen Creatives provides update on subsidiary’s winding-up petition

Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced that there have been no material developments in the winding-up petition filed by F&C Steel Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. against its 71% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd.

The company said that, since its earlier disclosures on Feb, 04 2026, Mar, 31 2026 and Apr, 30 2026, the matter has not had any significant impact on the group’s financial position.

Kingsmen Creatives added that it will release further updates in line with Singapore Exchange requirements if there are material changes.
