Tiange Interactive Holdings Limited disclosed a minor share repurchase on 21 July 2026, acquiring 37,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.61 per share. The transaction totalled HKD 22,570.
Following the buyback, Tiange’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) contracted by 0.00334% to 1.108 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 1.28 million. The company’s total issued share count remains 1.109 billion.
The purchase forms part of a board-approved mandate passed on 29 May 2026 that authorises repurchases of up to 110.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.28 million shares, equivalent to 0.12% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date, leaving more than 99% of the authorisation unused.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Tiange faces a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 August 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all regulatory requirements and that no shares bought back to date have been cancelled, with the entire amount held in treasury.
