Frontage Releases 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular Covering Director Re-election, Share Mandates and Auditor Reappointment

Frontage Holdings Corporation announced on 28 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying AGM circular and form of proxy have been published. English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the company website (www.frontagelab.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular sets out five key items for shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting: 1. Re-election of retiring directors. 2. Granting of a general mandate to repurchase shares. 3. Granting of a general mandate to issue new shares. 4. Approval of the annual mandate under the 2018 Share Incentive Plan. 5. Re-appointment of the company’s auditor for the 2026 financial year.

Registered shareholders who have opted for printed communications will receive hard copies by mail. Those preferring electronic delivery can access the website versions immediately and may provide or update their email addresses to receive future notices electronically.
