Times Neighborhood Reports No Share Capital Changes for April 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Times Neighborhood Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, maintaining a total authorised amount of HKD 20.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were stable at 985.67 million, with no treasury shares outstanding or movements recorded.

Times Neighborhood affirmed that its public float continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold. The filing also indicates no new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, nor were there any share repurchases or cancellations in April.

The statutory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Director Mr Shum Chiu Hung, confirming compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
