Asia-Pac Financial Schedules 14 October 2026 EGM to Approve 2-for-1 Rights Issue

Asia-Pac Financial Investment Company Limited will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 3:00 p.m. on 14 October 2026 at Portion 2, 12th Floor, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong. The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval for a proposed rights issue on the basis of two new shares for every one existing share held on the record date.

The company has set Thursday, 8 October 2026 to Wednesday, 14 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) as the book-closure period. Share transfers intended to qualify for voting must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 7 October 2026.

Proxy forms, together with any relevant authority, must be delivered to Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 3:00 p.m. on 12 October 2026. Shareholders may appoint the EGM chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf; multiple proxies are permitted for holdings of two or more shares.

If approved, the rights issue will proceed on the stated two-for-one basis, with all ancillary transactions authorised under the same resolution.
