CSE Global Limited on Apr, 04 2026 said the selection of a financial adviser for its strategic review is still in progress.

The company noted that the review remains in its early stages. No discussions have yet taken place with the party that submitted an expression of interest, which did not include details on transaction scope or an indicative price.

CSE Global cautioned that there is no certainty any definitive agreement will be reached or that a transaction will materialise. The board said it will make additional announcements should material developments arise.

Shareholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities and to seek professional advice before taking action.
