Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on 28 April 2026 through on-market transactions at The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The purchase price ranged between HKD 2.87 and HKD 2.91 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 173,490. All 60,000 shares are designated for cancellation, triggering a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales that will last until 28 May 2026.
The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 705.18 million shares as of 28 April 2026 because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled. Including the latest purchase, 207,500 shares bought back during April are awaiting cancellation, equivalent to approximately 0.03 % of the current share base.
Since shareholders approved the buyback mandate on 6 June 2025, Chaoju Eye Care has repurchased a cumulative 2.54 million shares, representing 0.36 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 70.75 million shares, leaving 68.21 million shares—around 9.67 % of current issued capital—still available under the mandate.
All repurchases were executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and the board has confirmed receipt of all funds due and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
