InSilico Implements Electronic-Only Distribution of Corporate Communications to Shareholders

Bulletin Express
Apr 28

InSilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (英矽智能) has outlined new procedures for delivering corporate communications, moving predominantly to electronic channels in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A and the company’s Articles of Association.

Effective Date and Scope • 31 December 2023 marks the commencement of the electronic dissemination framework, covering all future “Corporate Communications,” including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars, and proxy forms. • “Actionable Corporate Communications” that require shareholder decisions will be emailed individually. If no functional email is on record, a printed copy accompanied by an email-collection form will be mailed.

Website Publication • All other corporate communications will be posted on the company website (insilico.com) and the HKEX website (hkexnews.hk). • No separate printed or electronic notice of each website publication will be dispatched, placing the onus on shareholders to monitor the two sites for updates.

Shareholder Email Collection • Shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address by 28 May 2026 via the QR code provided or by notifying the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via 3696-ecom@vistra.com. • Failure to supply a valid email, or submission of a non-functional address, will default communications to the fallback printed arrangement described above.

Printed Copies on Demand • Any shareholder may request hard-copy versions of either all future corporate communications or specific documents at no charge by writing or emailing the share registrar. • Previously stated preferences for printed copies remain in force until expressly revoked.

Investor Support • Queries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline, +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays), or by email to 3696-ecom@vistra.com.

The initiative is designed to streamline shareholder engagement, reduce paper consumption, and ensure compliance with HKEX guidelines.
