TIANGE Buys Back 12,000 Shares at HKD 0.57 Each; Treasury Stock Climbs to 590,000 Units

On 10 July 2026, TIANGE (Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited) executed an on-exchange repurchase of 12,000 ordinary shares at HKD 0.57 per share, bringing the cash outlay to HKD 6,840.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1,108.80 million, down by 0.00108%. • Treasury shares increased to 590,000, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,109.39 million.

Repurchase framework: • The buy-back forms part of the mandate granted on 29 May 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 110.94 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now stand at 590,000 shares, equivalent to 0.53% of the share count on the mandate date. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or further treasury share sales extends through 9 August 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

All procedures were carried out in compliance with the Main Board Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.
