China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.c-ruifeng.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to review the online version. Those who previously elected to receive printed documents will receive the report by mail at no cost. Investors experiencing difficulties with email notifications or web access may request hard copies by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 527-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address.
