CapitaLand India Trust issues 2.0 million new units to manager for base fee

CapitaLand India Trust announced on Aug, 12 2026 that it has issued 2,036,329 new units to its trustee-manager, CapitaLand India Trust Management, as part payment of the manager’s base fee for the quarter ended Jun, 30 2026.

The new units represent 50% of the base fee for the period from Apr, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026, with the remaining 50% settled in cash.

The units were priced at 1.0331 Singapore dollars each, reflecting the volume-weighted average price of CLINT units on the Singapore Exchange over the last 10 business days of the relevant period.

Following the issuance, the trustee-manager’s stake stands at 119,006,501 units, while the total number of units in issue increases to 1,488,952,815.
